About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Legal Counsel to join our growing success and become a part of a vibrant working environment in our Sydney CBD office. This mid-level role is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, hard-working, and motivated lawyer of associate level, eager to work across a broad range of areas and gain valuable experience under the mentorship of an excellent leader.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing timely and high-quality legal support to the General Counsel – ANZ
  • Assisting with public liability insurance matters, including administration of the claims and liaising with external counsel
  • Reviewing project management and consultant contracts, property management agreements, and providing feedback on terms and conditions
  • Assisting with, and taking ownership of, Savills' ongoing training and compliance requirements
  • Assisting with day-to-day advice and general correspondence as well as debt recovery matters
  • Ensuring the Legal Team's document management system is organised and kept up to date
Requirements
  • Studying or completed a Bachelor of Laws degree from an Australian university
  • 4 years PQE
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Well-organised with strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • A team-orientated work ethic
