Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Coordinator

Our client is a global leader in the packaging, paper, glass, and resource recovery industries, providing high-quality, innovative, and sustainable packaging products and solutions. Your Role:

As the Electrical Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the electrical components for all site buildings, services, and shift production-related areas. This includes Coil store, Effluent Plant, Treatment Room, Boiler Room, Chemical store, Bailer Room, Front End Production, and Back End Production, including palletiser.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for leading and managing the Electrical Team and actively working towards continuously improving the performance of the production team to exceed production and quality demands.
  • Actively manage the performance of team members, maintain good industrial relations on site via personal involvement in the resolution of site issues, and actively participate in improvement programs.
  • Manage R&M cost, allocate work to team members to ensure Shift production is run to meet production and quality targets, and ensure breakdown or adjustments to equipment are corrected in a timely manner to minimize downtime and communicated to management.
  • Resolves minor breakdowns, maintains electrical PM schedule for the plant, attends the daily operational meetings, and performs other tasks as required.
Key Requirements:
  • A Grade electrical License
  • Experienced in PLC programming
  • Proven track record in Health and Safety
  • Exposure to FMCG
