About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our team at McCormick & Company. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our production machinery and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduled repairs and maintenance of plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical machinery breakdowns effectively, minimizing downtime and ensuring production continuity.
  • Conduct repairs, replacements, and maintenance as required, adhering to Safe Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking and managing maintenance tasks, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement Continuous Improvement (CI) Initiatives, driving process enhancements and efficiency gains.
About You

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Maintenance Electrician who is passionate about delivering high-quality results and contributing to a dynamic team environment. To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A trade qualification in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Experience with CMMS and a strong understanding of production machine operation within FMCG.
  • Advanced trouble-shooting skills for mechanical machinery, with a focus on resolving complex issues efficiently.
  • Exposure to CI methodologies and a willingness to drive process enhancements.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
