About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Master Data Coordinator to join our team at DuluxGroup. As a Master Data Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our master data, which is essential for our business operations.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage and maintain our master data, including creating, updating, and discontinuing products. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless communication and data exchange.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creation and maintenance of outline agreements with vendors
  • Managing master data, including creation, updates, and discontinuation
  • Product extensions and sourcing
  • Maintenance of reports
  • Follow-up on Safety Data Sheets with suppliers and collaboration with Sustainability
  • Investigation and resolution of blocked invoices
  • Support and assistance with setting up new vendors and maintaining vendor details
  • Ad-hoc assistance with Purchasing Officer responsibilities
Requirements
  • Solid computer skills, with previous experience using SAP being advantageous
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Highly organized with strong use of initiative
  • A positive and highly driven approach
