Job Title: Post Disaster Recovery Specialist
Description:
A critical leadership position is available for a skilled professional with experience in water and fire damage restoration, mould remediation, and business operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong planning and organizational abilities, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of experienced restoration specialists.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify areas requiring repair or maintenance.
- Maintain and operate equipment necessary for restoration tasks.
- Prepare and submit daily reports, process customer payments, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in water and fire damage restoration, as well as mould remediation.
- Strong business management background, including resource allocation and team development.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Current valid driver's license.
