At Allianz, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer outcomes during times of crisis. As a Disaster Response Professional, you'll play a critical role in coordinating our Event Response across GI Claims.

  • Leading and coordinating members of the Disaster and Recovery Team (DaRT) in the field following significant weather events.
  • Developing actionable insights from new sources of data to improve customer outcomes and manage the cost and duration of events.
  • Supporting the design and delivery of the Property and Motor Customer support strategy for catastrophe events.
  • Building and maintaining key relationships with customers, industry, agencies, partners, and community to support the Group's strategic direction.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in motor and property claims.
  • Systems knowledge in Lotus Notes and ACMS.
  • Certification in Mental Health First Aid.
  • An unrestricted driver's license and willingness to travel locally and interstate for extended periods.
