Key Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be on people-centric travel management, with our foremost Customer Value Proposition being the Travel Manager – YOU. We equip our Travel Managers with the expertise needed to oversee their clients' comprehensive travel programs and foster multi-tiered relationships.

A positive demeanor and teamwork, along with strong communication abilities, are essential for this role. You will be tasked with nurturing and continuously servicing the customer relationships within your own SME portfolio. A customer-oriented mindset is crucial to ensure the retention, growth, and profitability of the business.

Qualifications

  1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in leisure travel consulting or corporate travel management
  2. Proficiency in GDS, with Sabre being highly valued
  3. Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  4. Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict SLAs
  5. Ability to contribute positively to a cohesive team atmosphere
  6. A personable approach, valuing the significance of cultivating strong relationships
