Key Responsibilities

Our primary focus is on people-centric travel management, with our top Customer Value Proposition being the Travel Manager – YOU. We equip our Travel Managers with the expertise to oversee their clients' comprehensive travel programs and foster multi-tiered relationships.

A positive demeanor and teamwork, coupled with exceptional communication skills, are essential for this role. You will be tasked with developing and maintaining customer relationships for clients within your own SME portfolio. A customer-oriented mindset is crucial to ensure the retention, growth, and profitability of the business.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 2 years experience in leisure travel consulting or corporate travel management
  2. Proficiency in GDS, with Sabre being highly valued
  3. Outstanding customer service and communication abilities
  4. Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict SLAs
  5. Ability to contribute positively to a cohesive team atmosphere
  6. A personable individual who appreciates the significance of building strong relationships

  1. $75,000 per annum plus superannuation guarantee for the initial 6 months, transitioning to base salary plus uncapped incentives and superannuation thereafter
