Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Manager to join our team in Melbourne. As a Travel Manager, you will be responsible for managing the travel requirements and presenting travel solutions for large market corporations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the travel requirements and present travel solutions for large market corporations.
  • Assist in making professional and accurate business travel arrangements for corporate accounts, including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation reservations.
  • Follow company procedures, account guidelines, and customer service standards in the area of making travel arrangements, ticketing, Phase IVs, ticket exchanges/changes, CRS/GDS productivity.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and their employees.
  • Provide solutions to travel-related problems clients may have experienced with arrangements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the highest level of service is provided to clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate or leisure travel consulting.
  • Strong international fare skills and GDS proficiency, with Sabre being highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail and strong time management skills.
  • Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team and maintain favourable working relationships with accounts and their employees.
