Gucci Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at GUCCI AUSTRALIA PTY LTD. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our store, including managing administrative and inventory support to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure the highest standard of service delivery.
- Lead and develop a team of store operations staff, fostering a coaching and learning environment.
- Ensure the efficient running of the store, including front and back of house operations.
- Manage stockroom operations, including deliveries, dispatches, and inventory management.
- Assist the Store Manager/Director in overseeing functions influencing service delivery excellence and minimizing inventory loss.
- Embrace new technology and leverage technology initiatives to improve store operations.
- Ensure the store building and internal areas are maintained to the highest standard.
- Provide accurate daily and regular reports.
- Maintain accurate payment records and perform administrative duties as required.
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a high-volume retail or service-based industry.
- Proven strong operational performance and leadership skills.
- Customer service orientated attitude and ability to work in a pressured environment.
- Time management and prioritizing skills, with the ability to be flexible and agile.
- High attention to detail and a strong, professional work ethic.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
