The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring timely delivery and order fulfillment, and maintaining organized filing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, orders, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Process orders, invoices, and credits accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide support to customers, branches, and other teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Liaise with freight providers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
  • Manage stock replenishment and back orders, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
  • Ensure data entry and record keeping are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Prepare reports and documentation as required.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, ensuring easy access to information.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with export orders and previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, with a can-do attitude and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills and administrative abilities.
