- Liaise with freight providers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
- Manage stock replenishment and back orders, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure data entry and record keeping are accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required.
- Maintain organized filing systems, ensuring easy access to information.
Qualifications:
- Experience with export orders and previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Self-motivated, quick learner, with a can-do attitude and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills and administrative abilities.
