Community Project Coordinator

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating community projects that focus on addressing domestic and family violence issues.

The role involves working with multi-disciplinary teams to plan, develop, implement, review and evaluate projects. You will also undertake research, provide advice and assist in the preparation of documentation to support project activities.

You will provide administrative and organisational support to the work area, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will represent the organization at selected forums related to domestic and family violence.

Mandatory skills and qualifications include experience in a portfolio, program and/or project environment. Previous experience in this field would be favourably regarded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate community projects focusing on domestic and family violence issues
  • Work with multi-disciplinary teams to plan, develop and implement projects
  • Undertake research and provide advice to support project activities
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Represent the organization at selected forums
