Senior Legal Counsel - Projects and Construction

About this Role

We seek a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our high-performing Legal Team on a 12-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned legal professional to leverage their expertise in front-end construction law.

Key Responsibilities

  • 6-10+ years' experience in front-end construction law from a well-respected Australian law firm or large corporate environment.
  • Involved in large construction projects, demonstrating strategic, innovative, and creative solutions.
  • Strong technical skills, ability to build relationships, provide commercially astute advice, negotiate outcomes, and be confident, proactive, and team-oriented.

Requirements

  • 6-10+ years' experience in large construction projects (front-end)
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • High-level commercially astute advice.
  • Negotiation skills to achieve commercial outcomes.
  • Confidence, pro-active, and team-oriented.
