This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned in-house property and construction lawyer to play a central legal role in a high-profile cross-border infrastructure project.
Responsibilities- Managing the project development agreement, including the Agreement for Lease with the developer.
- Leading the legal interface with local counsel, reviewing advice, overseeing contract alignment, and managing jurisdictional differences.
