A leading multinational company is seeking an exceptional construction legal expert to thrive at the crossroads of innovation and high-stakes legal work.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction law, with experience advising clients across the lifecycle from procurement, design and construction to operations of major building or infrastructure projects. They will be responsible for leading bid teams, providing strategic advice on front-end construction matters, and overseeing high-value bids and large project tenders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in-house with top organizations or in a law firm within the construction & infrastructure industry
- Experience and expertise in construction and/or infrastructure projects, including demonstrable experience advising clients across the lifecycle
- Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) projects experience is favorable
- Strong commercial understanding, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to lead teams effectively
