Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, cook, and serve meals in line with established procedures and guidelines.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene: Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, adhering to all relevant protocols and regulations.
  • Recipe Modification and Innovation: Slightly modify recipes to meet customers' needs and requests, and experiment with new ingredients to suggest innovative menu options.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery (or another Chef qualification)
  • Police Check: Holder of a current Police Check (or willing to obtain one)
  • Working With Vulnerable People: Holder of a current Working With Vulnerable People card (or ready to obtain this)
