About the Role:

  • Deliver direct services to children, young people, and their families through case management and support.
  • Maintain systematic processes for planning and management.
  • Engage hard-to-reach families, particularly Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander families, using various strategies.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, Social Science, or Human Services.
  • Sound knowledge of and demonstrated experience in providing counselling/therapy to children and young people.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development and behavioural management strategies with an emphasis on issues related to trauma, abuse, and attachment.
