Regional Territory Growth Manager

To achieve business growth and exceed sales targets, we are seeking an experienced Regional Territory Growth Manager to drive the success of our Enterprise market in the defined territory.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, with a proven track record of increasing market share and building strategic partnerships. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Increase Market Share: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase Trend Micro's Enterprise market share in the defined territory.
  • Represent Company: Represent our company professionally and proactively sell our range of enterprise security solutions and services through our well-established partner community.
  • Align Business Objectives: Behave in a manner that aligns with our business goals, objectives and code of conduct.

About This Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies that exceed sales targets and ensure a high level of customer acquisition, growth, satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver sales presentations and effectively represent our business and value proposition, and differentiation in the market.
  • Negotiations: Lead commercial negotiations and overcome objections with prospects, customers and partners.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Sales Management Experience: A strong background in sales management, with a proven track record of increasing market share and building strategic partnerships.
  • Industry Knowledge: A sound knowledge of the industry, trends and the competitive posture of Trend Micro and other industry leaders regarding security offerings and support services.
