">As a dedicated Intensive Family Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality support services to families and children at risk or presenting with complex issues.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive assessments and case plans tailored to individual family needs.">
- Establish and maintain connections with relevant support services, ensuring supports align with Trauma-Informed, Person-Centred, and Strengths-Based practices.">
- Provide one-to-one intervention based on family needs, fostering strong relationships and promoting positive outcomes.">
- Participate in reference groups and projects, contributing to the development of best practices and innovative solutions.">
Requirements:
">To succeed in this rewarding role, you will require:
">- ">
- Qualifications within the Community Services Sector (preferred but not required).">
- Experience delivering evidence-based, therapeutic interventions and case work within community or health sectors.">
- Strong administrative, documentation, and case management skills.">
- Ability to be flexible, innovative, and work autonomously.">
- Drivers Licence.">
- Working with Children Check (WWCC).">
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months).">
