Fundraising Support Specialist

We are seeking a Fundraising Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional supporter experiences across multiple channels.
About the Role- You will work closely with the fundraising team to provide proactive, outbound stewardship and support to fundraisers, including participants in charity events.
- Your primary focus will be on helping deliver exceptional fundraising journeys through personalized supporter engagement.
- You will also be responsible for attending and supporting fundraising events or community activities as required.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide warm, professional, and impactful interactions with supporters, fundraisers, and the public via phone, email, LiveChat, and social media.
- Supporter Engagement: Help deliver personalized supporter engagement through various communication channels.
- Fundraising Event Support: Attend and support fundraising events or community activities as required.
- Administration: Assist with the processing of donations and issuing receipts in line with policy and compliance requirements.
- Data Management: Support the accurate and timely administration of supporter data using CRM systems.
- A passion for delivering great supporter experiences.
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
- Friendly and professional phone manner.
- Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail.
- Collaborative team spirit and a proactive approach to work.
- Experience in customer service or administration.
