As a pivotal member of our team, you will engage in Insurance Policy Administration, providing essential support to our Client Executives and Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Account Brokers with administrative tasks related to client insurance and risk management.
- Foster communication with clients through various channels to address their insurance requirements.
- Participate in all stages of the insurance policy lifecycle, including pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation, submission, and invoicing of insurance policies.
- Engage in client meetings and contribute to tender processes, renewals, claims, and other broking activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, and other key stakeholders.
- Enhance client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.

- Tier 1 insurance qualification or a commitment to obtaining this qualification.
