Colliers is seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Contract and Finance Administrator to join our Residential team.

This dynamic role will involve assisting with administrative tasks, including contract management, data entry, and communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process contracts of sale documentation, including data entry into various systems
  • Liaise with channel agents and solicitors regarding sale documentation and general correspondence
  • Assist with the management of shared email accounts and generate reports as required
  • Produce invoices and perform other administrative duties as needed
  • Provide reception cover as required
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
