Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Finance Coordinator to join our fast-paced Residential team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will assist with administrative tasks related to residential projects from launch to completion, including data entry into various systems, liaising with agents, and managing shared email accounts.

  • Process contracts of sale documentation and enter data into relevant systems
  • Liaise with Channel Agents and Colliers Retail Agents as required
  • Assist with reception cover and manage shared email accounts
Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Data entry and processing of contracts of sale documentation
  • Liaising with solicitors regarding sale documentation and general correspondence
  • Generating invoices as required
Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
