Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and well-organized Contract and Finance Administration Executive to join our highly successful and market-leading Residential team. As a key member of our team, you will assist with administrative tasks for Melbourne's most sought-after residential projects from launch to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Contracts of Sale documentation, including data entry into various systems.
  • Liaise with Channel Agents and Colliers Retail Agents as required.
  • Assist with the management of shared email accounts.
  • Liaise with solicitors regarding sale documentation, general correspondence, and contract status.
  • Produce reports as required.
  • Generate invoicing as required.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as required.
  • Assist with reception cover as required.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • Ability to prioritize, deal with several matters, and work to deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Common sense approach to problem-solving.
