Our Positive Behaviour Support Model brings together the expertise of Behaviour Support Practitioners, Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists to understand the drivers of behaviours from a communication, sensory and environmental perspective.
Job Description:We are seeking Behaviour Support Practitioners to join our team in Shepparton. Due to increased demand for our services, we have multiple roles available. We welcome entry-level Practitioners as well as those with a sound knowledge of the Positive Behavior Support Model and a strong commitment to delivering evidence-based, functional behavioural outcomes.
Our ideal candidate will possess full Australian working rights, formal qualifications in behaviour support, and outstanding communication, influencing and interpersonal skills. The ability to work effectively across a multidisciplinary team and meet the NDIS Capability Requirements for approval as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner is essential.
