Business Manager Job Description

White Label Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Manager to join our expanding Engineering team in Liverpool.

This is a hands-on role where you will oversee the day-to-day operations, manage staff, and ensure timely production and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the engineering team, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality products.
  • Support project management, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and improve internal systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the office and shop floor teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain and build relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to strategic decision-making as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
Requirements:
  • Engineering background preferred, with experience in machining, welding, and general manufacturing processes.
  • Prior experience in managing people and overseeing teams in an engineering or manufacturing setting.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive performance improvements.
  • Commercial awareness.
