As a key member of our sales team, the Account Manager plays a vital role in driving business growth and success. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and take on new challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive organic growth and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers, ensuring alignment with sales strategies to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Design and manage value-added programs tailored to client needs, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of weekly and monthly reports, both internal and external, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor and address any contract non-compliance issues promptly, ensuring adherence to agreed terms and conditions.
- Optimize stock levels to maximize profitability, manage product life cycles, and forecast demand to minimize obsolete stock.
- Ensure all sales planning and product range efficiency tasks are completed within client-defined time frames, meeting all relevant KPIs.
