Job Description
  • Develop strategic partnerships with engineering firms, consultants, and end-users to boost sales of pump and compressor services and new equipment.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or similar) and 5+ years' experience in business development or technical sales in the industrial sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of rotating equipment, pumping systems, compressors, and engineered packages, with familiarity with API standards advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including proficiency in verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, identify new opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
