This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in designing impactful training programs for new IT systems that enhance resident care.
About the PositionYou will work closely with our learning and project teams to design scalable and effective learning solutions supporting system implementation and ongoing business needs.
Main Responsibilities- Design learning solutions that support system adoption, new processes, and behavioral changes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and translate change impacts into learning requirements.
- Apply contemporary instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and Gagne's 9 Events of Instruction.
- A qualification in learning and development, education, or a related field is essential.
- Cert IV in Workplace Training & Assessment.
- Proven experience in instructional design, digital learning tools, and applying neurosciences in learning.
- Strong project management skills with successful outcomes.
