Learning Systems Implementation Specialist

This position involves collaborating with learning and project teams to design impactful training programs for a new IT system that enhances resident care. A collaborative approach is crucial in this role as it requires working closely with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
The transformational nature of this project necessitates innovative instructional design expertise to support system adoption, new processes, and behavioral changes. As an ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of applying contemporary instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and Gagne's 9 Events of Instruction.
Key Responsibilities- Design scalable and effective learning solutions supporting system implementation and ongoing business needs. You will be expected to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and translate change impacts into learning requirements. Effective communication skills are essential in this role to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Apply your knowledge of instructional design principles to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- You hold a qualification in learning and development, education, or a related field.
- Cert IV in Workplace Training & Assessment demonstrates your ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practical settings.
- Your experience in instructional design, digital learning tools, and applying neurosciences in learning is highly valued in this role.
- A strong project, budget, and stakeholder management background is essential in delivering successful outcomes.
