Learning Design Specialist, Systems Implementation

Join our passionate team at Regis Aged Care as a Learning Design Specialist, Systems Implementation. This role is a 6–9-month contract based at our Camberwell Head Office.

About the Role

Reporting to the Organisational Capability Design and Development Manager, you will collaborate with the learning and project teams to design impactful training programs for a new IT system that enhances resident care. This transformational project requires innovative instructional design expertise to support system adoption, new processes, and behavioral changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design scalable and effective learning solutions supporting system implementation and ongoing business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and translate change impacts into learning requirements.
  • Apply contemporary instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and Gagne's 9 Events of Instruction.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Qualification in learning and development, education, or related field.
  • Cert IV in Workplace Training & Assessment.
  • Proven experience in instructional design, digital learning tools, and applying neurosciences in learning.
  • Strong project, budget, and stakeholder management skills with successful outcomes.
