The Role

  • Grow and develop your territory including existing customer base
  • Partner with end users and distributors to identify new opportunities
  • Develop and execute Customer Sales Plans
  • Drive sales and margin growth
  • Manage sales opportunities in Salesforce

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Engineering or Welding certificate or welding skills, with 5+ years experience in welding sales and product knowledge
  • Commercial orientation, self-motivation, and ability to establish new business opportunities and sustain customer relationships are essential
