Lead Researcher - Quantitative and Qualitative Expert

The Opportunity to Deliver Strategic Insights

  • Oversee comprehensive research projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Develop and implement robust analytical frameworks, and design effective research instruments.
  • Translate data into actionable insights, leveraging advanced analytics and visualisation tools.
  • Foster trusted relationships with high-profile clients, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership.
  • Mentor junior team members, promoting a high-performance and inclusive team culture.
  • E nsure quality assurance across deliverables, maintaining methodological rigour and relevance.
  • Contribute to business development through proposal writing, pitch presentations, and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to integrate research into transformation programs.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 10+ years of experience in market and social research, preferably within a leading agency or consultancy.
  • Proven expertise in quantitative (and qualitative) research methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with a track record of delivering large-scale projects.
  • Exceptional analytical and storytelling capabilities, with the ability to distil complex data into actionable insights.
  • Outstanding client engagement and communication skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to mentoring and developing others.
  • Familiarity with digital research tools/platforms, and emerging methodologies.
