Strategic Qualitative Expert

About the Role

As a senior member of our qualitative team, you'll be responsible for leading project teams, developing effective research strategies, and delivering high-quality insights to clients. You'll work closely with experienced teammates who share your passion for strategic thinking and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams and develop research strategies
  • Deliver high-quality insights to clients through creative solutions
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to their growth and development

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A university degree in a relevant field (research, marketing, psychology, or social science)
  • 6+ years of experience in qualitative research, preferably in an agency or commercial environment
  • Excellent knowledge of insights across various project areas, including brand and communication development and testing, innovation, and NPD
  • Strong analytical abilities and a track record of delivering impactful projects
  • Knowledge or desire to learn about Culture Analysis and/or Behaviour Change
