Dementia Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Specialised Carer to provide exceptional care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality personal care, including bathing, grooming, and toileting support
- Support individuals with dementia, promoting engagement and well-being
- Recognise and respond to changes in residents' conditions within your scope of practice
Our ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for serving older adults, be flexible in their commitment to various shifts, and demonstrate the ability to work independently while valuing teamwork.
- A strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of elderly individuals
- Flexibility to adapt to a range of schedules, including nights and weekends
- Ability to work autonomously and showcase initiative while prioritising collaboration
- Experience working with people living with dementia and their unique needs
