Supporting Individuals with Dementia
Job DescriptionWe are seeking dedicated professionals to support residents living with dementia in our Memory Support Units. These units provide a safe and nurturing environment for individuals with dementia, allowing them to maintain their independence while receiving the care and support they need.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Compassionate and empathetic towards individuals with dementia
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
- Basic knowledge of dementia and its effects on individuals and families
