Job DescriptionThis exciting opportunity is for a qualified Speech Pathologist to join our national team, providing clinical services to participants aged 0-65. As a Speech Pathologist at ORS Group, you will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth, and our offices.
You will be part of a national multidisciplinary new graduate program, receiving supervision and support from an experienced speech pathologist. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills while making a real difference in the lives of those you work with.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments and develop individualised therapy plans.
- Deliver high-quality speech therapy services to clients.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision sessions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting as required.
