Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth, and ORS offices. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow skills while making a real difference in the lives of those you work with.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualised therapy plans for clients with diverse presentations, diagnoses, and disability types.
- Deliver high-quality speech therapy services, collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting as required.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision sessions to enhance clinical expertise.
What We Offer
In this role, you will have access to:
- A competitive estimated salary range: $70,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Five weeks' annual leave after three years of service, promoting work-life balance.

Requirements
- A relevant degree in Speech Pathology and eligibility for registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for working with individuals with disabilities.
- A driver's license and access to a car.
- National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
