Lead Speech Therapist for Community Development

About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Speech Therapist to join our team at ORS Group. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality speech therapy services to individuals with disabilities across various settings.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced team of Speech Pathologists to provide tailored assessments, therapy plans, and support to clients aged 0-65. You will have the opportunity to work across early intervention, school age, adolescent, and adult services, as well as participate in ongoing professional development and supervision sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised therapy plans in collaboration with clients, families, and other professionals.
- Deliver high-quality speech therapy services to clients across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth, and ORS offices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
- Participate in regular supervision and peer review sessions to maintain high standards of practice.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting as required by funding bodies and organisational policies.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:
- A relevant degree in Speech Pathology and eligibility for registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- A genuine passion for working with individuals with disabilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality speech therapy services.
- A valid driver's license and access to a car.
- National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
