Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting complex issues, and maintaining our software systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with WMS, Windows OS, SQL Server, SSRS reports, and third-party software.
  • Manage WMS environments, configuration migrations, and data administration tasks.
  • Design and implement enhancements to customer WMS environments, including report modifications using Dashboard, SSRS, and Crystal Reports.
  • Maintain SQL performance, optimize indexes, and interface with customers, IT teams, project leaders, and vendors for support and implementation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload.
  • Proficient in MS SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, and familiar with IIS and stored procedures.
  • Experience with Windows Server, Linux, virtualization, and basic networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTPS, SMTP, DNS).
