Solution-focused ERP consultant with a proven track record of delivering successful projects and mentoring junior team members.

This is a dynamic role that offers the opportunity to grow into a leadership position. As an ERP consultant, you will be responsible for managing multiple implementation projects, contributing to solution design, and overseeing junior consultants within project teams.

You will be required to deliver projects aligned to schedules and quality standards, lead and participate in workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design, as well as support multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision.

In addition, you will be responsible for peer-reviewing small projects and supporting junior consultants with complex tickets, managing support tickets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication. You will also be involved in end-to-end Business Central / Nav / Wiise set-up, configuration, and implementation.

To succeed in this role, you will need to bring 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Business Central / Wiise, with multiple end-to-end projects successfully delivered. Strong accounting / finance knowledge, a strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and business processes, experience in customer-facing consulting roles, ability to lead workshops, document requirements, and contribute to solution design are essential skills for this position.

A passion for mentoring junior staff and sharing your expertise, as well as strong organisational and communication skills, are highly valued in this role. The ideal candidate will have a solutions-focused mindset and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
