**Job Opportunity**
We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as an Account Manager in Western Australia. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving business growth and developing high-quality relationships with customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sustainable account growth.
- Drive sales, distribution, and promotional activity consistent with the company's Super Premium category positioning and brand features.
- Build brand awareness through customer presentations, advocacy, and tastings.
- Ensure customer alignment with agreements and individual joint business plans.
- Provide feedback to the National Accounts team on compliance, promotional adherence, and market activity.
**Requirements:**
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a FMCG company.
- Wine industry knowledge is beneficial but not essential, as on-the-job training will be provided.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in an autonomous environment, free from office routine, and deliver quality outcomes in a high-performing culture.
