Financial Transaction Manager

This role is a vital part of the school's mission to ensure efficient financial transactions and procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage financial transactions, accounts payable, procurement, purchasing processes, supplier invoices, account reconciliations, financial reporting.
- Maintain accounts payable ledger in line with organisational policies using accounting software and payment systems.
- Ensure compliance with financial processes, administer purchasing processes, create purchase orders, develop supplier relationships.
- Coordinate Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, evaluate supplier invoices, manage queries, resolve discrepancies.
- Conduct cost modelling analysis for negotiations and cost reduction initiatives, contribute tender/quotation documentation.
- Experience in accounts payable and procurement functions in medium/large organisations.
- High proficiency with accounting software and payment systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines.
- Valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
