Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and community-focused Maintenance Officer to maintain the village's presentation, perform general repairs, and coordinate with external contractors.

  • Maintain the village's exterior including buildings, windows, pathways, gardens, BBQ areas, outdoor furniture, and waste disposal.
  • Carry out routine maintenance for building, equipment, and grounds.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, is adaptable, and has a strong safety mindset.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Building strong relationships with site team, residents, and service providers.
  • Supporting site operations with WHS compliance and property services administration.
  • Managing reporting and staying across maintenance needs and budget.

If you have trade qualifications or hands-on experience in property/building maintenance, this role may be suitable for you.

What You Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Trade qualifications or hands-on experience in property/building maintenance.
  • A solid understanding of WHS requirements and a strong safety mindset.
  • Be approachable, empathetic, honest, patient, and kind with a sense of humour.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems.

As a Maintenance Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining the village's presentation and ensuring resident satisfaction.
