Lead Fabrication Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the successful delivery of all Metal Fabrication activities within a large-scale project.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and mentorship skills, with experience in managing multi-functional teams in complex operating environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic direction and guidance to the team
  • Overseeing the de-confliction and delivery of all activities within the allocated area
  • Monitoring and tracking KPIs to assess progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Supporting the project manager with regular reporting and documentation

About the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or trade discipline
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing multiple stakeholders
  • High-level MS Office skills, especially in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Background in shipbuilding or defence sector is highly desirable
