Project Fabrication Coordinator

We seek a skilled Project Fabrication Coordinator to manage projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical advice on project feasibility during tendering and estimating processes.
  • Coordinate project activities efficiently.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities for the company.
  • Manage negotiations closely prior to project award.
  • Audit proposals for both new and existing quotes, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Prepare detailed fabrication plans and coordinate metal take-offs for projects.
  • Liaise with clients and workshop teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of steel fabrication, mechanical engineering, and welding processes.
  • Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • Proven track record in project coordination and management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
  • Ability to communicate clear instructions to internal and external stakeholders.
