About The Role

We are seeking a Customer Service professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, troubleshoot sales queries and answer questions. They will also have the ability to build relationships with diverse clients and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service over the phone, email and at the front counter.
  • Troubleshoot customer sales queries and answer any questions.
  • Upsell and provide quotes to customers.
  • Data entry, general invoicing, administration and purchasing tasks.

You Will Also Have:
  • Experience in a similar customer service role.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and develop your skillset.
  • The ability to multitask and work as part of a team.
