Job Title: Director of Financial Institutions

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a global leader, leveraging the strong brand to drive growth and take on responsibility for continued expansion across financial services.

As a key role with flexibility to work virtually or from our offices, you will be responsible for:

  1. Proactively managing a portfolio of financial institutions clients, including strategic management of client relationships at a senior level.
  2. Delivering a client-centric approach to servicing clients through cross-solution lines.
  3. Maintaining strategic relationships with insurance carrier partners in all key markets and successfully negotiating risk transfer solutions based on individual client risk profiles.
  4. Contributing to the strategic direction of Aon's financial institutions portfolio with stakeholders.
  5. Monitoring regulatory developments, producing insights and participating in business development opportunities.
  6. Raising awareness of Aon's capabilities in the financial institutions space through speaking engagements.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience within the financial lines insurance market, a strong technical understanding of financial lines products, and excellent communication skills. They must demonstrate success in managing team relationships and senior-level client relationships.
