
Child Development Specialist

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Occupational Therapy and be eligible for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
You will work with children to achieve development milestones, including fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
The role involves supporting children in developing everyday tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Educate and involve parents, carers and others to facilitate development and learning
- Support children with behavioral issues to maintain positive behaviors across environments using constructive strategies
In this role, you will work collaboratively with a supportive team in clinic and community-based settings.
We offer onboarding, supervision, ongoing support, and a caseload that allows for a smooth transition.
Key Requirements- A degree in Occupational Therapy
- Eligibility for AHPRA registration upon graduating
- Graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025
- A full valid driver's license with access to your own vehicle and third-party insurance
- A valid Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
- A clear current Police Check, or willingness to obtain
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain
- First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
