About the Opportunity

The Production Business Support Lead provides high-level administrative support with a strategic focus. This role combines production support responsibilities with leadership in driving process enhancements, managing key project initiatives, overseeing programs of work, and includes leading an administrative team within large and complex functions.

This involves overseeing complex operations such as global coordination across multiple time zones, stakeholder relationship management, contributing to policy development and business documentation while ensuring confidentiality and exceptional service delivery.

The position interfaces with senior leadership, external stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, decision-making, and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive production support activities, including calendar management, scheduling, travel arrangements, and preparation of agendas and meeting content packs.
  • Lead and mentor administrative staff to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and supportive team culture by providing clear direction and demonstrating leadership.
  • Coordinate high-level projects, events, and programs across multiple time zones, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in senior administrative roles involving executive business support, complex project or program coordination.
  • Experience in leading teams and initiatives to achieve business objectives.
  • Motivated self-starter with excellent time management skills.
